Who may be able to join
Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with, or are suspected to have, Crohn's disease that affects the small bowel
- A scan has shown that the wall of the last part of your small intestine (called the terminal ileum) is thicker than normal (more than 3mm)
- A scan has shown that the last part of your small intestine did not fill out well enough with fluid or air during imaging (confirm with trial site)
- You have had surgery where your small intestine was connected to your colon (called an ileo-colic anastomosis)
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a stoma (an opening on your abdomen where waste is collected into a bag)
- Your small intestine showed good, adequate filling and distension on your baseline scan
- You have had a type of surgery where the small intestine was connected to the rectum, or where a pouch was created to replace the rectum (such as an ileo-rectal anastomosis or IPAA) (confirm with trial site)
