Who may be able to join

Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are between 40 and 70 years old (inclusive)
  • You have been diagnosed with relapsing multiple sclerosis (RMS) based on the 2017 McDonald diagnostic guidelines
  • You are currently being treated with ocrelizumab (a common MS medication) at the standard dose as part of your regular care
  • Your MS symptoms have been stable for at least the past 30 days
  • Your doctor believes, or you prefer, that switching to the study drug (remibrutinib) would be appropriate for you

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have been diagnosed with primary progressive multiple sclerosis (PPMS) according to the 2017 McDonald criteria
  • You have a significant history of other brain, nervous system, or neurological conditions
  • You have previously been diagnosed with a serious brain infection called Progressive Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy (PML), or you currently have symptoms that might suggest it (confirm with trial site)
  • You currently have an active and serious infection, such as a bacterial, viral, parasitic, or fungal infection
  • You have an active or ongoing immune system disease other than MS
  • You have a serious heart condition or significant abnormalities shown on a heart tracing (ECG) test
  • You are unable to have MRI scans
  • You have previously had a life-threatening reaction to an ocrelizumab infusion or injection
