Who may be able to join
Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are a caregiver (either paid/professional or unpaid/family or friend) for someone living with Alzheimer's disease or a related form of dementia
- You are between 18 and 85 years old
- Your primary language is English or Spanish
- You consider yourself to be not very physically active and do not walk much regularly
Who may not be able to join:
- You have been told by a doctor or healthcare provider that it is not safe for you to take part in a walking program
- You do not own or regularly have access to a smartphone that can receive text messages and connect to the internet
- You do not have or cannot access an email address
- You currently live outside of the United States
