Back to Parkinsons Disease
NCT06307431
NCT06307431
Who may be able to join
Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been confirmed by a lab test (biopsy or cell sample) to have kidney cancer (renal cell carcinoma) of a specific type — either "clear cell" or "papillary."
- Your kidney cancer is classed as intermediate-high-risk, high-risk, or "M1 no evidence of disease" (meaning cancer had spread but all visible tumors have been fully removed) — based on how far the cancer had grown and its grade (confirm with trial site for exact classification).
- If your cancer had spread (M1), any spread was to a single, solid, soft-tissue site only, and it was completely removed either at the same time as your kidney surgery or within 2 years after it.
- You have had your kidney fully or partially removed, and any spread of cancer has also been fully surgically removed.
- Your kidney removal and/or removal of spread happened no more than 12 weeks before joining the trial, and you have recovered from the surgery.
- You are in good general health and able to carry out everyday activities, with little or no limitation (based on a standard health score called ECOG 0 or 1), assessed within 7 days before joining.
Who may not be able to join:
- You have had a major surgery other than kidney removal (or removal of spread sites) within the 4 weeks before joining the trial.
- After your kidney surgery, there is still a blood clot remaining in the veins near the kidney or the large vein in your abdomen (confirm with trial site).
- You have received any systemic cancer treatment (including experimental treatments) within the 4 weeks before joining.
- You have had radiation therapy within 2 weeks before starting the trial, or you are still experiencing side effects from radiation that require steroid treatment.
- You have received a live vaccine within 30 days before your first dose of the study treatment (non-live/killed vaccines are allowed).
- You have previously received any type of cancer vaccine treatment.
- You have a condition that weakens your immune system, or you are currently taking steroid medication on an ongoing basis.
- You have or have had another cancer that is still growing or has needed active treatment within the past 3 years.
- You have a history of cancer spreading to the brain or bones.
- You have had a severe allergic reaction to the study medication or any of its ingredients.
- You have an active autoimmune disease (where the immune system attacks the body) that has needed treatment in the past 2 years.
- You have a history of, or currently have, a lung condition called pneumonitis or interstitial lung disease that required or requires steroid treatment.
- You currently have an active infection that requires medical treatment.
- You have previously had an organ or tissue transplant from another person.
- You have not fully recovered from surgery, or you still have complications from a recent surgery.
