Who may be able to join
Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be an employee at a HISBEANS store
- You must be 18 years old or older
- You must own a smartphone with an internet connection
- You must agree to take part in the study
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are currently experiencing severe or active symptoms of a psychotic disorder that would make it hard to take part in treatment
- People who have started taking antidepressants or changed their antidepressant dose in the last month, or who may not be able to stay on a stable dose throughout the study
- People who are unable to read or write
- People who have used the Maro app before
- People who are unable to run the Maro app on their own smartphone
- People who are already taking part in another research intervention study
- People who have a serious health condition that would prevent them from fully taking part in the study or completing the assessments
- People who, in the researcher's judgment, are unable to participate fully and cooperatively
