Who may be able to join

Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • Your BMI (a measure of body weight relative to height) is between 25 and 40
  • Your weight has been stable for the past two months
  • For one specific part of the trial (Part 3 only): you have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes
  • For that same part (Part 3 only): your HbA1c level (a blood test that shows average blood sugar over time) is between 7.0% and 10.0% (confirm with trial site)

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have a history of serious medical conditions or cancer
  • You have high blood pressure that cannot be controlled
  • You have had issues with alcohol or drug addiction within the past year
  • You are currently taking part in, or have recently taken part in, another clinical trial
