Who may be able to join

Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old and have been diagnosed with a thoracic aortic aneurysm (a bulge in the main blood vessel leaving the heart), either linked to a genetic condition or not
  • You are willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the study
  • You are either already taking a blood pressure medication called Losartan to help manage your condition, or you have recently been diagnosed for the first time and are not yet on any treatment

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have an active or long-term inflammatory condition, including liver disease, significantly reduced kidney function (confirm with trial site), or a thyroid disorder
