Who may be able to join
Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 20 years old or older
- You have been diagnosed with one of the following cancers: lung, breast, colon, ovarian, pancreatic, testicular, cervical, uterine, or non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL)
- You are about to start a type of chemotherapy that carries an intermediate or high risk of causing a significant drop in your white blood cell count (which fights infection)
Who may not be able to join:
- You have been diagnosed with a different cancer (other than the one you are enrolling for) — specifically, if you had at least one hospital stay or two separate outpatient visits for it in the roughly 6 months before the trial start date
- You have received any chemotherapy or white blood cell-boosting injections (called G-CSF) in the roughly 6 months before the trial start date
- You have had two or more visits to a skilled nursing facility or hospice care in the roughly 6 months before the trial start date
- You have had two or more recorded diagnoses or procedures related to cancer radiation therapy, bone marrow or stem cell transplant, HIV/AIDS, serious liver disease, chronic kidney disease, or a low white blood cell count unrelated to cancer, in the roughly 6 months before the trial start date
