  • You work in a healthcare setting (in any role, whether clinical or non-clinical) during the COVID-19 pandemic
  • You have a basic understanding of English

Who may not be able to join:

  • You are currently taking part in another research study
  • You do not have access to an electronic device (such as a phone, tablet, or computer) to complete the study tasks
  • You do not have access to an email address
  • You are currently receiving any other type of mental health or psychological support or therapy
  • You are unable to commit to taking part in a 4-week study
