Who may be able to join

Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are 55 years of age or older
  • You speak English
  • You are willing and able to agree to take part in the study
  • Your thinking and memory are considered normal (no signs of cognitive problems)
  • You have well-documented sleep problems that cause poor sleep quality, based on your own reported experience

Who may not be able to join:

  • Women who are pregnant
  • People who have thinking or memory difficulties that prevent them from being able to give consent to participate
  • People who are currently in prison
  • People aged 55 or older who have been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment (early-stage memory or thinking problems)
  • People who have any neurological condition (a condition affecting the brain or nervous system)
  • People who have any other condition that the study doctor feels could affect their ability to take part (confirm with trial site)
