Who may be able to join
Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- Your cancer can be measured on scans, as defined by a standard medical measurement system called RECIST v1.1 (confirm with trial site)
- You are generally able to carry out daily activities with little or no limitation — rated 0 or 1 on a standard health scale used by doctors (confirm with trial site)
- You are willing to provide tumor tissue and blood samples for research testing during the trial
Who may not be able to join:
- You have received chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy, biological treatments, or any experimental treatment within the last 28 days before starting the trial
- You have previously been treated with a type of therapy that uses specially modified immune cells called CAR-T cell therapy
- You have a history of an active autoimmune disease — for example, inflammatory bowel disease, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, or type 1 diabetes, among others (confirm with trial site for the full list)
- You have ever had inflammation of the heart muscle (myocarditis), for any reason
- You previously had to stop an immunotherapy treatment called a checkpoint inhibitor because of a serious side effect
- You have a history of any condition that required you to take steroids at a dose of 10 mg or more of prednisone per day, or other medications that suppress the immune system
- You have had a severe allergic or anaphylactic reaction to a type of drug called a monoclonal antibody, or are known to be allergic to the specific type of drug being tested in this trial (confirm with trial site)
