Who may be able to join
Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are a woman who has been diagnosed with cervical, endometrial, vaginal, vulvar, or ovarian cancer and have finished all cancer treatment at least 6 months ago
- You have had no signs of cancer coming back, confirmed by a pelvic exam within the last 3 months
- You have had any type of uterus removal surgery (including full radical removal), with or without radiation therapy
- You are experiencing painful sex and/or vaginal dryness that you would rate at least a 4 out of 10 in severity, which has been ongoing for at least 4 weeks, or you are unable to have sex at all because of pain
Who may not be able to join:
- Your cancer has come back or spread to other parts of the body
- You have been told you have a moderate or severe pelvic organ prolapse (stage 2 or higher), where pelvic organs have dropped out of their normal position
- You have previously had pelvic reconstructive surgery that used a mesh implant
- You have used hormone replacement therapy or vaginal estrogen products within the last 6 weeks before joining the trial
