Who may be able to join

Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You have a chest X-ray that shows one or two small spots on your lung (between 5mm and 30mm in size) that look like they might be cancer, but have not yet been confirmed by a tissue test
  • If there are two spots, you must be well enough to have surgery
  • You are covered by social security (health insurance/social protection)
  • You are willing to sign a consent form agreeing to take part

Who may not be able to join:

  • The spot(s) on your lung cannot be treated with surgery, heat-based treatment, or radiotherapy
  • Your situation is so urgent that treatment cannot be delayed to wait for test results (confirm with trial site)
  • You have a history of cancer that has not been fully treated or cured
  • You are under a legal protection order or guardianship of any kind
