Who may be able to join
Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are willing to sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the study
- You are a woman aged 18 or older
- You have been diagnosed with ovarian cancer or primary peritoneal cancer, confirmed through a tissue sample (biopsy), and the diagnosis was made through surgery, imaging scans, or a fluid/tissue sample combined with scan results
- You have stored tumour tissue samples available (either a tissue block or at least twenty thin tissue slices) that can be used for the study
Who may not be able to join:
- Your cancer did not start in the ovary — for example, if a cancer from another part of your body has spread to the ovary, or if you have a second separate cancer alongside the ovarian cancer
- You are not able or not willing to sign a written consent form
- You have another serious ongoing physical or mental health condition that could put you at greater risk by taking part, or that could affect the study results
- The trial doctor feels, for any reason, that joining this study would not be right for you (confirm with trial site)
