Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are between 0 and 85 years old and have a diagnosis (confirmed or suspected) of Williams Syndrome (WS), including typical or unusual forms diagnosed by a knowledgeable doctor
• You are between 0 and 85 years old and have features of, or genetic test results suggesting, a heart condition called SVAS (supravalvular aortic stenosis) or a similar condition
• You are between 0 and 85 years old and have genetic test results showing a change in one or more genes in the Williams Syndrome gene region (confirm with trial site for exact gene details)
• You are a family member of someone with one of these conditions, aged one month to 85 years old, and do not have a diagnosis of WS, SVAS, or a related condition yourself
• You are an unrelated healthy volunteer (control) between the ages of 18 and 85, without a diagnosis of WS, SVAS, or a related condition
• If you are a child or have difficulty making decisions independently, a parent or guardian must be available to give consent and help answer medical questions

Who may not be able to join:

• You already have a known diagnosis of WS, SVAS, an SVAS-like condition, or a known Williams Syndrome gene region change, and are trying to participate as a healthy control or unaffected family member
• You are an unrelated healthy volunteer under the age of 18
• You are a family member under one month of age

Note: If you join as a healthy participant but genetic testing later shows you carry a relevant gene change, you may be moved into a different group within the study (confirm with trial site).
