Who may be able to join
Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have advanced or metastatic cancer (cancer that has spread or is in a late stage)
- Other treatments you have tried have not worked to cure your cancer
- Your type of cancer does not have a proven effective treatment available
- Your cancer can be accessed for a small tissue sample (biopsy), which may or may not be required depending on your cancer type and treatment dose
- You are able to swallow capsules
Who may not be able to join:
- You currently have active cancer in your brain or spinal cord
- You currently have an active infection of any kind, including fungal, viral, or bacterial infections
- You have a blood cancer (such as leukemia or lymphoma)
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have certain types of eye problems or vision impairments (confirm with trial site for specific details)
