Who may be able to join
Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with, or likely have, one of the following conditions: Separation Anxiety Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Phobia, Major Depression, Dysthymic Disorder, or Minor Depression
- You are between 8 and 16 years old (up to but not including your 17th birthday)
- You have been living with a legal guardian for at least 6 months, and that guardian is willing to give consent for you to participate
Who may not be able to join:
- You have certain other mental health conditions, such as bipolar disorder, psychosis, PTSD, substance dependence, or an intellectual disability, or you are currently experiencing thoughts of suicide with a plan, or are experiencing current physical or sexual abuse
- You have a serious or unstable physical health condition, for example diabetes that is not well controlled
- You are currently receiving another active treatment for anxiety or depression, such as taking antidepressant medication
