Who may be able to join

Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are a woman who has not yet gone through menopause and are between 18 and 39 years old
  • You are receiving a man-made hormone called FSH as part of IVF or ICSI fertility treatment
  • You are able to communicate clearly with the research team and are willing to follow all study requirements
  • You have read and signed a consent form agreeing to take part, and understand you can withdraw at any time without any negative consequences

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have had a known allergic reaction to any of the ingredients in the study treatment
  • You have enlarged ovaries or ovarian cysts that are not related to polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
  • You have unexplained gynaecological (reproductive system) bleeding
  • You have been diagnosed with cancer of the ovaries, uterus (womb), or breast
  • You have a tumour affecting the hypothalamus or pituitary gland, which are hormone-controlling areas of the brain (confirm with trial site)
