Who may be able to join
Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have an advanced solid tumor (a cancer that forms a solid mass, rather than a blood cancer) that has spread or cannot be removed.
- You are in good or fairly good physical health and able to carry out normal daily activities (based on a doctor's rating scale called ECOG, scoring 0 or 1).
Who may not be able to join:
- You have previously received very high doses of chemotherapy that required a stem cell transplant to help your body recover.
- You have previously had radiation treatment covering a large portion (25% or more) of your bone marrow — for example, radiation to the whole pelvis area counts as 25%.
- You have a tumor located in the central part of your lungs, unless you have recently received radiation treatment to that area (confirm with trial site).
