Who may be able to join

Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You (or your legal guardian) must be willing and able to sign a consent form before taking part in any study activities.
  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of Alpha Mannosidosis, with visible signs and symptoms of the condition checked at the start of the study.
  • You must have test results showing that your body has a low level of a specific enzyme called acid alpha-mannosidase (found in blood or white blood cells).

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have previously had a bone marrow transplant.
  • You have taken part in another clinical trial or used an experimental drug within the last 30 days before joining this study.
  • You have another serious health condition or circumstance that might make it hard to follow the study's requirements (confirm with trial site).
