Who may be able to join

Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are between 12 and 18 years old
  • You have irregular periods
  • You are overweight
  • You are able to swallow capsules
  • It has been at least 6 months since you had your first period

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have diabetes
  • You have kidney or liver disease
  • You use tobacco products
  • You have depression or bipolar disorder
  • You have a medical reason that prevents you from exercising (confirm with trial site)
  • You weigh more than 300 pounds
