Who may be able to join

Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who are known to have, or are suspected of having, a genetic condition called congenital nephrogenic diabetes insipidus (a rare inherited disorder where the kidneys cannot properly respond to a hormone that controls water in the body)
  • Family members who do not have the condition and are not carriers, who would take part as healthy comparison participants (controls)
  • People between the ages of 6 months and 70 years old
