Who may be able to join

Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You have been diagnosed (at some point in your life) with at least one of the following: Tourette syndrome, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), or chronic tics
  • Teenagers who are severely affected by Tourette syndrome, based on a specific rating scale score (confirm with trial site), may also be eligible
  • You have not taken any medication related to the condition for at least 1 month before joining
  • You are in good general physical health

Who may not be able to join:

  • You currently have or have had problems with alcohol or drug misuse
  • Your IQ score is below 80
  • You are a woman who could become pregnant and have a negative pregnancy test result (a negative test is required to participate)
